Refund Policy for Bloome

[Please read the following information carefully before purchasing our products]

At Bloome, we are committed to providing bras that bring comfort, style, and functionality to your everyday life. We stand by our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle returns and exchanges for our specific bra collections.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility 

Important : Please note that Shipping costs are borne by customers 

  • Condition of Return: bra defect or damaged when received/ Exchange of sizes (if applicable, based on stock availability and case by case basis)
  • Please remember to take a picture of your item when received a defect product.
  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, once bras are mailed out. They are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Bras that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased during special promotions / sales.

3. Return Process

Impotant : Please note that Shipping costs are borne by customers 

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at sayhibloome@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide the shipping details.
  3. Ship the Product Once Consent from our Customer service team: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Do note items and refunds will be rejected if there is : 
  • perfume smell
  • bra damaged upon receiving and not same as the picture/video you took
  • Dirty and worn items
  • Tags removed

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that were defective or incorrectly sent.
