1. When will orders be shipped?

Ready stock items would typically be shipped within 48 hours

2. When will pre-order items arrive?

If items are on pre-order status, it will typically take about 14 days to arrive (otherwise stated) and we will notify you via email once shipment is ready.

3. Can I change/cancel my order

We do our best to process your order really quickly hence all orders are not to be cancelled upon purchase unless there are mistake in an address/names. Please notify us via email asap.
